Description:

This three-day workshop includes and builds on the one-day workshop and gives participants a deeper understanding of Ai concepts and processes to use in work with individuals and organizations. All participants in my three-day workshops will receive two hours of follow-up coaching time that can be spent developing questions, reviewing consulting strategies, and navigating initial Ai projects. Participants will also receive a copy of Appreciative Inquiry: Change at the Speed of Imagination by Watkins and Mohr, which I find the most useful book in print on Ai.

This is for anyone who wants to use a structured Ai process with groups, organizations, and individuals. A section of the workshop will employ and Open Space format for participants to explore specific topics such as Ai and coaching, Appreciative Leadership, and Ai and Teambuilding. The workshop is ideal for consultants, managers, executives, coaches, teachers, and anyone who want to have a deeper understanding of Ai.
